KVKK Clarification Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), which requires a data controller to inform data subjects before processing their personal data.

2. Personal data processed
Through the publishing submission form on moment.gs: your name, your email address, your studio's name, country, team size, and the free-text information you provide about your game.
Through email correspondence: the contents of your message and your contact details.
Through the operation of the website: your IP address and technical request data, processed by our hosting provider.
3. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your game or concept submission
- Contacting you about your submission
- Managing our relationship with partner and prospective partner studios
- Operating, securing and improving the website
- Meeting our legal record-keeping obligations

5. Transfer of personal data
We use service providers located outside Turkey to deliver form submissions (see the Privacy Policy for the list). This constitutes a transfer abroad under KVKK Article 9.
We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell it.

7. Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and ask that any correction be notified to third parties it was transferred to;
- request erasure or destruction under Article 7, and ask that this be notified to third parties it was transferred to;
- object to a result produced solely by automated analysis that is to your detriment (we do not carry out such processing);
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to exercise them
Send your request to account@moment.gs, or in writing to the address in section 1, using the methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. We respond within 30 days at the latest and free of charge, unless the request requires an additional cost in which case the tariff set by the Authority applies.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
