Moment Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Moment", "we") operates the website at moment.gs. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect
Information you send us through the publishing submission form. Studio name, your name, your email address, country, team size, the name and stage of your game, an optional link, and your free-text answers about the mechanic and the decision space.
Information you send us by email. Whatever the message contains.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request metadata in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for any. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a submission.
2. Why we use it

3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How we protect it
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to the Moment team members who need it. We do not store submissions in a database on this website — they are delivered to a company mailbox.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or provide it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

8. Children
This website is aimed at game studios and professionals. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
